Thompson Ridge Estates is a privately owned community on Forest Road 106, near La Cueva, NM. The Property Owners Association (TRPOA) is charged with maintaining the common areas (roads and meadow) for the benefit of the owners. Each owner pays an annual assessment of $260 for the first lot plus $65 for each additional lot. The assessment is used for maintenance of the common areas and buildings and to cover administrative costs and insurance. Payments should be sent to 725 Aspen Drive, Jemez Springs, NM 87025.
The general membership meeting is held on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend; members are urged to attend. A meeting to set the agenda for the general meeting is held in June and is open to all members. Meeting announcements are issued about a month in advance; meetings are held in the community center on the meadow.
